We received 2, but 1 of them I just found out does not work. with batteries or plugged in.My hubby has been using the other ones everyday and it has helped immensely.
He went to take the other one with him, and I wanted to try it first and good thing, it doesn't put out any steam.

I haven't needed to use it yet but works in the way I thought it would with the battery.
I also thought that it could be power charged with the adaptor but that doesn't work may be im doing something incorrectly. I plugged in and left charging overnight.
I received it quickly and it matches the seller's description. I put in batteries, it requires 2 AAA. There is a cable for USB C. I put it on charge. It produces a small mist that is very pleasant.

Very practical, it doesn't make noise. I just need to put my medication in and it works wonderfully. The only thing I would like is for it to work wirelessly because it needs to be connected, but it doesn't bother me.
